mainframe computers;

at INTERGRAPH, in charge of European services
marketing;

California-based DATAGRAPHIX;

troubleshooting software at INFOREX Inc.
for CPU cards, memories, controllers and
peripherals at component level;

Director
of logistics and repair at JHP France /
Triumph-Adler;

system support manager (hardware and operating
systems) customer service, and project manager
at PRIME COMPUTER.
Vice-President
of the Association For Service Management
International's Training committee and active
member of the Marketing workgroup, Axel has
conducted studies and authored numerous articles
on evolving IT technologies, networks, services
marketing, enterprise processes, and technical
documentation.
